Taught by an experienced coach; creating a comfortable, safe environment, this class introduces: Presence under pressure, listening and building on of ideas.


THE CREATION… Kevin D Raines created an improv class blended with standard and original material for an acting studio in Georgia more than10 years ago. He scouted and trained local talent, preparing them for their very first auditions in New York, Atlanta and Los Angeles. The class is constructively entertaining and educational at the same time. This combination prepared the students in a short amount of time to not only do well in acting and modeling but proved to benefit  the students in areas such as confidence, interview and life skills. Kevin gained great reviews from students, parents and industry professionals for the usage of unique techniques learned during the class.

MORE THAN ACTING! MDAP is not just an improv class for actors but for individuals looking to gain a confident booster. It is a practical resource for communication and interview skills. The teaching style of this class is interactive and game oriented. You will learn to think on your feet, problem solve scenarios, basic scene role play and most importantly HAVE FUN while building confidence.  Unlike stand-up, most of what you do in an improv class is in a group setting.
